Rossville Hornets (Rossville, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), 13-0 in a league challenge.

The Hornets now sport a 16-5 record. They take the field next when they host Clinton Prairie for a Hoosier Heartland challenge on Wednesday, May 10. Rossville will face a Gophers squad coming off a 24-4 non-league loss to Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN). The Gophers record now stands at 7-12.

With the loss, Tri-Central falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Trojans host Taylor (Kokomo, IN) to face the Titans in a Hoosier Heartland challenge on Wednesday, May 10. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 1-12. Taylor won 9-7 in their recent league challenge against Sheridan (Sheridan, IN)
