The Howell Vikings baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Marquette Mustangs to 4 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings (24-9) will now prepare for their match against Fort Zumwalt South (St. Peters, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 22-4 record. In their last match, Fort Zumwalt South edged Howell North (St. Charles, MO), 5-1, in a non-league match.
The Mustangs (8-19) will now prepare for their match against Festus (Festus, MO). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 22-6 record.
