With the win, Middletown North upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Lions travel to Howell (Farmingdale, NJ) to battle the Rebels in a Shore - A North test on Thursday, May 9. The Rebels come into the test with a record of 8-12.

With the defeat, Kennedy Memorial falls to 8-9 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Union City (Union City, NJ) to battle the Soaring Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, May 10. The Soaring Eagles come into the test with a record of 13-7. Union City won 7-3 in their recent non-league test against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ)
