The Lyman Hall Trojans nudged the visiting North Branford Thunderbirds baseball team by a tally of 7-6 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now hold a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cheshire for a Southern Connecticut - Housatonic bout on Monday, May 13. Lyman Hall will face a Rams team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to East Haven (East Haven, CT). The Rams record now stands at 3-14.
Next, the Thunderbirds face the Branford Hornets (Branford, CT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 11. North Branford will attempt to advance on its 13-2 season record. The Hornets enter the bout with a 5-10 record after their 4-1 league win over Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT).
