The Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] Northern Freeze baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Mahnomen/Waubun Thunderbirds to 0 in the Northern Freeze non-league victory on Thursday.

The Northern Freeze (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Ada-Borup (Ada, MN). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 10-1 record. In their last match, Ada-Borup edged Kittson Central (Hallock, MN), 10-0, in a non-league match.
