In Thursday's non-league contest, the Mount St. Mary Academy Lions (Watchung, NJ) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Kittatinny Regional Cougars (Newton, NJ), by a count of 12-1.
Coming up next, the Lions confront the Bernards Mountaineers (Bernardsville, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 14. Mount St. Mary Academy will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record. The Mountaineers enter the contest with a 10-5 record after their 12-3 league win over Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ).
The Cougars now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Indian Hills for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 11. Kittatinny Regional will confront a Braves squad coming off a 15-7 non-league win over Tenafly (Tenafly, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 1-12.
