The Heritage Eagles baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Douglas County Huskies to 5 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles (10-6) will now prepare for their match against Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO). The SaberCats go into the non-league match with a 12-5 record. In their last match, Fossil Ridge tipped Mountain Range (Westminster, CO), 17-8, in a league match.
The Huskies (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Jaguars go into the non-league match with a 12-6 record. In their last match, Rock Canyon was overwhelmed by Chaparral (Parker, CO), 6-1, in a league match.
