In Thursday's league test, the host Brewer Witches lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Cony Rams.
The Witches now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 14. Brewer will face a Eagles squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
In their next game, the Rams face the Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 14. Cony will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record.
