The St. Andrew's Cardinals lacrosse team scored 8 points and held the visiting Caravel Buccaneers to 5 in the Cardinals non-league win on Thursday.
The Cardinals (10-5) will now prepare for their game against Wilmington Friends (Wilmington, DE). The Quakers come into the Independent - DISC contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Wilmington Friends nipped Wilmington Charter (Wilmington, DE), 13-5, in a non-league contest.
The Buccaneers now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Caesar Rodney for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 11. Caravel will confront a Riders squad coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE). The Riders record now stands at 10-3.
