Richmond City School of the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 13. Richmond City School of the Arts will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 3-3 league Henrico (Richmond, VA).

The Skyhawks now have a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they host Clover Hill for a Dominion challenge on Tuesday, May 14. L.C. Bird will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 5-0 league win over Powhatan (Powhatan, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-6.
