The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) and the host Rogers Royals (Rogers, MN), saw Andover's softball squad nip Rogers by a count of 8-3.

The Huskies now sport a 16-2 record. They take the field next when they host Blaine for a Northwest Suburban match on Tuesday, May 14. Andover will face a Bengals squad coming off a 16-3 league loss to Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Bengals record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Rogers falls to 15-2 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Elk River (Elk River, MN) to face the Elks in a Northwest Suburban match on Tuesday, May 14. The Elks enter the match with a record of 3-14.
