New York High School Baseball - Alexander loses to Pavilion

In Friday's non-league bout, the Pavilion Golden Gophers (Pavilion, NY) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Alexander Trojans (Alexander, NY), by a tally of 13-3.
Next up, the Golden Gophers encounter the Letchworth Legends (Gainesville, NY) in a Section 5 Livingston County II bout, on Saturday, May 10. Pavilion will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Legends enter the bout with a 1-10 record after their 16-2 league loss to Geneseo (Geneseo, NY).
The Trojans (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Notre Dame (Batavia, NY). The Fighting Irish enter the Section 5 Genesee County bout with a 8-2 record. In their last bout, Notre Dame overcame Elba (Elba, NY), 5-1, in a league bout.
