The West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH) baseball the host Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH), 7-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Wolverines now own a 11-10 record. They take the field next when they host Kirtland for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. West Geauga will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Wickliffe (Wickliffe, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 12-3.
With the defeat, Berkshire drops to 4-12 on the year. The Badgers host Rootstown (Rootstown, OH) to clash with the Rovers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 10. The Rovers go into the challenge with a record of 10-4.
