The Elder Panthers baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Eagles to 1 in the Panthers non-league win on Friday.

The Panthers now hold a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Colerain for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Elder will play a Cardinals team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Fairfield (Fairfield, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-10.

With the defeat, Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy drops to 12-7 on the year. The Eagles travel to Roger Bacon (Cincinnati, OH) to play the Spartans in a Miami Valley - Scarlet test on Monday, May 12. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 6-9. Roger Bacon lost 9-2 in their recent non-league test against Beavercreek (Beavercreek, OH)
