In Friday's non-league bout, the St. Joseph's Prep Hawks (Philadelphia, PA) baseball squad edged the visiting Hill School Rams (Pottstown, PA), by a tally of 7-6.
Next up, the Hawks encounter the William Penn Charter Quakers (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. St. Joseph's Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Quakers enter the bout with a 4-7 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Holy Ghost Prep (Bensalem, PA).
The Rams (10-5) will now prepare for their bout against Blair Academy (Blairstown, NJ). The Bucs enter the Mid-Atlantic Prep bout with a 8-5 record. In their last bout, Blair Academy edged Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ), 7-6, in a non-league bout.
