Indiana High School Baseball - Northwestern defeats West Lafayette

May 9, 2025: Kokomo, IN 46901

In Friday's non-league game, the host Northwestern Tigers baseball team scored a good 14-6 triumph over the West Lafayette Red Devils.

With the triumph, Northwestern moves its record to 14-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Wabash (Wabash, IN) to confront the Apaches in a Three Rivers contest on Monday, May 12. The Apaches come into the contest with a record of 8-10. Wabash lost 11-0 in their recent league contest against Peru (Peru, IN)

The Red Devils now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Crawfordsville for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 10. West Lafayette will encounter a Athenians squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to Western Boone (Thorntown, IN). The Athenians record now stands at 6-9.
