In Friday's non-league game, the host Unity Christian Crusaders baseball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the South Christian Sailors.
The Crusaders (13-6) will now prepare for their game against Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI). The Rangers go into the non-league game with a 10-11 record. In their last game, Forest Hills Central was overwhelmed by Lowell (Lowell, MI), 7-0, in a league game.
Next, the Sailors play the Northview Wildcats (Grand Rapids, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Gold game, on Tuesday, May 13. South Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-10 season record.
