The Academic Magnet Raptors soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Green Sea Floyds Trojans to 1 in the Raptors non-league victory on Friday.
The Raptors now hold a 14-7 record. They play next when they host Atlantic Collegiate Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 13. Academic Magnet will play a Armada squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Bridges Prep (Beaufort, SC). The Armada record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Green Sea Floyds moves to 3-7 on the year.
