Illinois High School Soccer - South Elgin knocks off Glenbard East

Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) and the host Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), saw South Elgin's soccer squad prevail over Glenbard East by a count of 4-0.
The Storm (13-7) will now prepare for their battle against West Aurora (Aurora, IL). The Blackhawks enter the Upstate Eight West battle with a 11-2 record. In their last battle, West Aurora tipped Elgin (Elgin, IL), 4-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Rams battle the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) in a Upstate Eight East battle, on Saturday, May 10. Glenbard East will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Bison enter the battle with a 5-6 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Intrinsic (Chicago, IL).
