The Pacific Grove Breakers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Greenfield Bruins to 3 in the Breakers league win on Friday.

The Breakers now hold a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Monterey County for a test on Monday, May 12. Pacific Grove will play a Condors team coming off a 7-4 league win over Alisal (Salinas, CA). The Condors record now stands at 15-3.

With the defeat, Greenfield drops to 3-12 on the year. The Bruins host Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA) to play the Pirates in a test on Monday, May 12. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 2-7. Stevenson lost 14-8 in their recent league test against Rancho San Juan (Salinas, CA)
