Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) and the visiting Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA), saw Blacksburg's soccer squad prevail over Radford by a count of 4-0.
The Bruins (13-0) will now prepare for their battle against Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Knights enter the River Ridge battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, Cave Spring by Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Bobcats confront the James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) in a Three Rivers battle, on Monday, May 12. Radford will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 2-10 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Auburn (Riner, VA).
