In Friday's league contest, the Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) soccer team routed the host King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA), by a tally of 9-0.
Next, the Wildcats face the Deep Creek Hornets (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern contest, on Tuesday, May 13. Great Bridge will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Hornets enter the contest with a 5-6 record after their 5-2 league loss to Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA).
The Bulldogs (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 2-11 record. In their last contest, Manor was overwhelmed by Booker T. Washington (Norfolk, VA), 3-0, in a league contest.
