The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL) and the visiting Ottawa Pirates (Ottawa, IL), observed East Peoria's softball team get by Ottawa by a final score of 4-2.

The Raiders (17-11) will now prepare for their bout against Washington (Washington, IL). The Panthers go into the Mid-Illini bout with a 24-2 record. In their last bout, Washington tipped Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL), 13-5, in a non-league bout.
