The Spencerport Rangers softball squad scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Eastridge Lancers to 2 in the Rangers league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Spencerport upgrades its record to 11-5 on the year. The Rangers travel to Gates Chili (Rochester, NY) to play the Spartans in a Class A game on Monday, May 12. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 3-8. Gates Chili lost 13-4 in their recent league game against Honeoye Falls-Lima (Honeoye Falls, NY)

The Lancers now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Pittsford for a non-league game on Monday, May 12. Eastridge will play a Panthers squad coming off a 13-9 non-league win over Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 8-4.
