The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the McKinley Red Dragons (Niles, OH) and the visiting Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH), observed McKinley's softball team prevail over Lordstown by a tally of 22-12.

The Red Dragons (3-21) will now prepare for their bout against Orange (Pepper Pike, OH). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 7-7 record. In their last bout, Orange was routed by Mayfield (Mayfield, OH), 17-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Western Reserve Blue Devils (Berlin Center, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. Lordstown will attempt to advance on its 0-14 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 1-15 record after their 17-4 league loss to Springfield (New Middletown, OH).
