The Dragons (9-8) will now prepare for their bout against Holly Hill Academy (Holly Hill, SC). The Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 12-4 record. In their last bout, Holly Hill Academy tipped St. John's Christian Academy (Moncks Corner, SC), 21-9, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders (Blackville, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Richard Winn Academy will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Dorchester Academy (St. George, SC).
