Minnesota High School Softball - St. Cloud Cathedral bounces Melrose

The St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Melrose Dutchmen to 9 in the Crusaders non-league win on Friday.
The Crusaders now possess a 20-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elk River for a non-league battle on Monday, May 12. St. Cloud Cathedral will confront a Elks team coming off a 10-4 league loss to Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Elks record now stands at 3-13.
With the loss, Melrose moves to 13-3 on the season. The Dutchmen travel to Benson (Benson, MN) to confront the in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 13. The come into the battle with a record of 1-9. Benson lost 10-7 in their recent non-league battle against Upsala (Upsala, MN)
