Michigan High School Softball - Monroe bounces Skyline

The Monroe Trojans softball team scored 18 runs and held the host Skyline Eagles to 0 in the Trojans league win on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saline for a Southeastern - Red battle on Monday, May 12. Monroe will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Allen Park (Allen Park, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 16-3.

With the loss, Skyline moves to 3-6 on the season. The Eagles host Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a Southeastern - Red battle on Monday, May 12. The Pioneers come into the battle with a record of 2-11.
