North Harrison Cougars (Ramsey, IN) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Perry Central Commodores (Leopold, IN), 4-3 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, North Harrison upgrades its record to 9-5 on the year. The Cougars host Providence (Clarksville, IN) to play the Pioneers in a non-league game on Monday, May 12. The Pioneers enter the game with a record of 10-5. Providence lost 4-1 in their recent league game against Christian Academy (New Albany, IN)

The Commodores now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Crawford County for a Patoka Lake game on Monday, May 12. Perry Central will play a Wolfpack squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Paoli (Paoli, IN). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-11.
