The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) and the host Robbinsville Black Knights (Robbinsville, NC), observed South Stokes's softball team get by Robbinsville by a tally of 7-5.

The Sauras (17-8) will now prepare for their bout against Swain County (Bryson City, NC). The Maroon Devils go into the non-league bout with a 17-5 record. In their last bout, Swain County tipped Cherryville (Cherryville, NC), 12-1, in a non-league bout.
