South Dakota High School Softball - Stevens bounces Yankton

The Stevens Raiders (Rapid City, SD) softball routed the visiting Yankton Bucks/Gazelles (Yankton, SD), 15-3 in Friday's league outing.

The Raiders now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brookings for a Class AA outing on Saturday, May 10. Stevens will encounter a Bobcats team coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Madison (Madison, SD). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Yankton moves to 6-12 on the season. The Bucks/gazelles travel to Spearfish (Spearfish, SD) to encounter the Spartans in a Class AA outing on Saturday, May 10. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 1-5. Spearfish lost 8-6 in their recent league outing against Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD)
