In Saturday's non-league bout, the Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH) baseball squad the host Steele Comets (Amherst, OH), by a score of 6-1.

Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) in a Northern Lakes- Buckeye bout, on Monday, May 11. Northview will attempt to advance on its 10-7 season record. The Generals enter the bout with a 16-6 record after their 12-7 non-league win over Archbold (Archbold, OH).

The Comets (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against Midview (Grafton, OH). The Middies enter the Southwestern bout with a 10-11 record. In their last bout, Midview edged Vermilion (Vermilion, OH), 16-7, in a non-league bout.
