Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY), 4-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Pendleton County upgrades its record to 16-11 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Bourbon County (Paris, KY) to play the Colonels in a non-league game on Monday, May 11. The Colonels enter the game with a record of 2-20. Bourbon County won 12-2 in their recent non-league game against Buckhorn (Buckhorn, KY)

The Jaguars now own a 18-10 record. They play next when they host Assumption for a non-league game on Monday, May 11. Cooper will play a Rockets squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Eastern (Louisville, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 19-11.
