Wisconsin High School Softball - Mount Horeb sneaks past Lancaster

The Mount Horeb Vikings (Mount Horeb, WI) softball nipped the visiting Lancaster Flying Arrows (Lancaster, WI), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Vikings now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stoughton for a Badger - Small outing on Tuesday, May 12. Mount Horeb will encounter a Vikings team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over River Valley (Spring Green, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 17-2.

With the loss, Lancaster moves to 8-10 on the season. The Flying arrows travel to Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI) to encounter the Pointers in a non-league outing on Saturday, May 9. The Pointers come into the outing with a record of 19-3. Mineral Point won 10-0 in their recent league outing against Cuba City (Cuba City, WI)
