The McDonell Central Macks softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Phillips Loggers to 1 in the Macks non-league win on Saturday.

The Macks now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacelli for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 9. McDonell Central will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Merrill (Merrill, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Phillips moves to 12-7 on the season. The Loggers travel to Athens (Athens, WI) to confront the Bluejays in a Marawood - North battle on Tuesday, May 12. The Bluejays come into the battle with a record of 8-8.
