In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Mascoutah Indians (Mascoutah, IL) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Effingham Flaming Hearts (Effingham, IL), by a final score of 10-1.
With the win, Mascoutah upgrades its record to 26-6 on the season. The Indians travel to Triad (Troy, IL) to battle the Knights in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 4.
