In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Ferris Bulldogs (Jersey City, NJ) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting North Plainfield Canucks (North Plainfield, NJ), by a final score of 7-1.
With the win, Ferris upgrades its record to 20-5 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Colonia (Colonia, NJ) to battle the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 4. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 9-9. Colonia won 8-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ)
With the defeat, North Plainfield falls to 2-4 on the season.
