California High School Baseball - Casa Grande gets by Pleasant Valley

June 1, 2023: Chico, CA 95926

Casa Grande Gauchos (Petaluma, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA), 9-6 in a non-league test.

With the win, Casa Grande upgrades its record to 25-5 on the season. The Gauchos host St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, June 3. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 19-12. St. Ignatius College Preparatory won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA)

With the defeat, Pleasant Valley falls to 22-4 on the season.
