In Thursday's non-league game, the host Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions baseball team scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Field Falcons.
The Lions (13-11) will now prepare for their game against Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH). The Bombers go into the non-league game with a 19-11 record. In their last game, Kenston tipped Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH), 4-2, in a non-league game.
