Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA), 7-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Knights now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newell-Fonda for a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 1.
With the loss, North Union falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Newell-Fonda (Newell, IA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 1. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 6-0.
