Iowa High School Softball - Perry Van Meter

In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Van Meter Bulldogs softball team scored a close 7-0 win over the Perry Bluejays.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the Earlham Cardinals (Earlham, IA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, June 3. Van Meter will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Cardinals enter the outing with a 7-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center (Guthrie Center, IA).

The Bluejays (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against West Marshall (State Center, IA). The Trojans enter the Heart of Iowa outing with a 6-1 record. In their last outing, West Marshall tipped Greene County (Jefferson, IA), 7-3, in a non-league outing.
