In Friday's non-league challenge, the Howell Rebels (Farmingdale, NJ) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting East Brunswick Bears (East Brunswick, NJ), by a final score of 8-2.
With the win, Howell upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Rebels travel to Cherokee (Marlton, NJ) to battle the Chiefs in a non-league challenge on Monday, June 13. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 17-5. Cherokee won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ)
With the defeat, East Brunswick falls to 7-4 on the season.
