The Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels crushed the visiting Colo-NESCO Royals baseball team by a count of 12-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host Sumner-Fredericksburg for a non-league bout on Tuesday, June 13. Gladbrook-Reinbeck will face a Cougars team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-2.
Next, the Royals face the Belmond-Klemme Broncos (Belmond, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, June 13. Colo-NESCO will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Broncos enter the bout with a 1-8 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA).
