The Algonac Muskrats softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting St. Catherine of Siena Academy to 1 in the Muskrats non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Algonac moves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Muskrats travel to Whiteford (Ottawa Lake, MI) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, June 13. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 18-3. Whiteford won 5-1 in their recent non-league game against Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI)
