The Riverside Bulldogs softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Lenox Tigers to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Treynor for a Western Iowa battle on Friday, June 12. Riverside will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Underwood (Underwood, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Lenox moves to 2-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to Coon Rapids-Bayard (Coon Rapids, IA) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Thursday, June 11. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 4-5. Coon Rapids-Bayard won 17-7 in their recent league battle against Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA)
