Pickford Panthers (Pickford, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI), 12-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hillman for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 14. Pickford will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 13-10 non-league win over Inland Lakes (Indian River, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Hancock falls to 3-3 on the campaign.
