The Pickford Panthers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Norway Knights to 4 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Pickford moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Hillman (Hillman, MI) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, June 14. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 2-1. Hillman won 13-10 in their recent non-league game against Inland Lakes (Indian River, MI)

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Ishpeming Hematites (Ishpeming, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, June 11. Norway will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Hematites come into the test with a 19-11 record after their 17-2 non-league win over Marquette (Marquette, MI).
