The Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears baseball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Central Springs Panthers to 2 in the Golden Bears non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Golden Bears (12-3) will now prepare for their match against Pocahontas (Pocahontas, IA). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 7-5 record.
The Panthers (3-10) will now prepare for their match against Osage (Osage, IA). The Green Devils go into the non-league match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Osage was overwhelmed by Newman Catholic (Mason City, IA), 5-2, in a non-league match.
