In Thursday's non-league test, the Central Springs Panthers (Manly, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Eagle Grove Eagles (Eagle Grove, IA), by a count of 11-0.

Next, the Panthers meet the Kennedy Cougars (Cedar Rapids, IA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, June 14. Central Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 2-6 record after their 5-1 league loss to Linn-Mar (Marion, IA).

The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their test against North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Bison go into the Top of Iowa-West test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, North Iowa was routed by Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA), 14-6, in a league test.
