In Friday's non-league test, the Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cherokee Washington Braves (Cherokee, IA), by a tally of 8-0.

Next, the Warriors clash with the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) in a Siouxland test, on Monday, June 16. Sioux Center will attempt to advance on its 9-3 season record. The Dutchmen go into the test with a 12-2 record after their 11-1 league win over Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA).

The Braves (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake, IA). The Indians go into the Lakes test with a 2-11 record.
